At Mudrit, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We offer an easy return policy for cases of wrong or damaged product(s) received. Returns can be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To raise a return request, please contact us at hello@mudrit.co within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order ID and email us an image of the product(s) you wish to return. An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory in case of missing or damaged items in your package. Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be entertained if the seal of the product is tampered with.
We will schedule a return pick-up within 2-4 business days. Refunds will only be initiated if the returned product(s) are received in their original condition, with intact seals, labels, and barcodes. For replacements, availability is subject to stock. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a coupon code for the full amount to be used for future purchases.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to bear the return shipping charges. Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations, returns, or replacements are initiated only after the returned product(s) are received and verified at our warehouse.
- Online Payments: For payments made via Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 48 business hours after product verification. The amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. If the refund is not credited within this time, please contact your bank for further assistance.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving the product(s) and bank details via email. The refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy
To initiate an order cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp at +919999406669 within 6 hours of placing the order. In certain cases where products are already booked, cancellation charges may apply.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. The decision to accept or reject a cancellation request lies solely with our team.
- Cancellation Charges: Any rare cancellation requests, including those for shipped orders, may incur charges, including shipping fees.
- COD Orders: COD orders that are cancelled during delivery or where the customer fails to answer delivery calls are non-refundable.
Important Note: Bulk/Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
